Part-time Clerk and Finance Officer

Harting Parish Council is seeking a suitably experienced candidate to be trained for the post of Clerk and Finance Officer working from home on a part-time basis 35 hours per month including attendance at monthly evening meeting and the Annual Parish Meeting
· Responsible for preparing the Agenda and taking Minutes at the meetings.
· Liaising with various organisations in order to ensure the smooth progression of Council matters.
· Letter Writing
· Preparation and submission of Annual Audit
· Management of the Council Finances and Accounts including VAT quarterly return
