For your information I am forwarding a copy of a report drawn up by the Save Rothbury Community Hospital Campaign.
The document is a damning indictment of the deliberate falsehoods, deceptions and secret proceedings of the Northumberland Clinical Commissioning Group in its quest to close permanently the use of the beds in Rothbury Community Hospital.

The CCG's Joint Locality Executive Board will meet at 11.00. a.m. on 27th September, 2017, in the Town Hall, Morpeth, to make its final decision on the fate of Rothbury Hospital.
This will be a meeting which is open to the public and the Team hopes that you and your fellow councillors will attend that meeting, as members of the public, to show opposition to the CCG's proposals.
If the Board decides to close the ward permanently, the matter will then be considered by the Health and Wellbeing Overview and Scrutiny Committee of Northumberland County Council. The SRCH Team also hopes that, if that is the Board's decision, your Council will immediately write to the Chief Executive of the County Council expressing its opposition to the CCG's proposals and asking that its letter be placed before the Scrutiny Committee.
