Repairs to the road from Little Twycross to Bilston have now been completed
Documentation has been given to LCC ref claim for damage to a vehicle caused by a pot hole.
Query has also been raised with Highways relating to the road surface at Nob Hill Norton, which has sustained severe ware and also the road at Orton by the Church, which has been awaiting repair for almost Twelve months.
Enquiries are now starting relating to the Local Development Framework, in relation to the numbers of houses built over the past five years. It would appear that HBBC have not built their full allocation as required by Government. This could mean that developers could bypass the framework and apply direct, due to the lack of numbers built. Agents for the Crown have looked at land at Twycross and assessed that up to 500 houses could be built. (This has already been noted by the Twycross PC Sub Committee looking at the proposed developments).
County Hall are awaiting the effect of the new Conservative /Lib Dem Coalition on policy.

The drain repair at Twycross Village Hall has been authorised, contractor will be contacted to carry out repair.
Sue Hewitt to meet with representative of Twycross Village Hall to assimilate Deeds.
Twycross Village Hall representatives asked for the latest policy on donations by the Parish Council.
It was explained that due to financial restraints, the standard donations would not automatically happen, as in previous years, however each request would be looked at individually. This however would be preceded by a request to view the Accounts of the body requiring a donation, and a Council decision would then take place.
