County Councillor Ivan Ould:-
No 7 bus to be cut from every 1.5 hours to 2 hourly. PC agreed to write to Council with a letter of complaint.
A ‘Parish Walk’ has been offered to view the roads within the Parish. PC to support Ivan on this.
The children’s department at LCC will be affected by cuts of up to £4 millon, which in turn could lead to up to 400 redundancies.
Government Grant to LCC to be cut by 25% in April.
Police Report:-
Another theft from a vehicle at Twycross Zoo reported. PC to contact the Zoo to enquire what, if anything they are doing to prevent this happening.

Agreed to set a closed meeting to discuss budget for remainder of year.
133/010 Local issues:-
The LDF was queried by Councillor Rock as there had been conflicting reports given at the last meeting. County Councillor Ould reiterated his position that the development can still go ahead despite the new Government position. Councillor Ould has also written to HBBC to say that the proposed development at Twycross should be dropped, on the grounds that there is no school, no public transport after 6.00 pm and is a long way from any urban centre.
Simon Wood – Head of Planning at HBBC to be invited to next PC meeting to discuss this issue.
Councillor Sykes has translated the Conveyance of land to PC for the Village Hall at Twycross. To be discussed at next meeting with Village Hall Committee.
Councillor Lowe attended the Hinckley & Bosworth Parishes Forum – The next phase of the LDF scheduled for the autumn may not happen.
Free wood scheme from the National Forest discussed, PC could apply for free trees.
Quality Council Scheme, if PC attain this status then we may gain more influence with Borough and County Councils.
J.Goacher to be chased ref Willow Structure at Norton.
