ICO Certification

The ICO, or Information Commissioner's Office, is the UK's independent body set up to uphold information rights; their role is to uphold information rights in the public interest.  The Data Protection (Charges and Information) Regulations 2018 requires every organisation that processes personal information to pay a fee to the Information Commissioner’s Office, this includes Town or Parish Councils.
