Appeal against Planning Decision: Church Lane, Lowick
The people proposing to build the large house in Church Lane are now appealing against some of the conditions attached to their planning approval, the main one being
 
"a sample of all materials to be used on all the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted for written approval and a sample panel of stonework shall be made available for inspection and shall be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences"
 
The other conditions relate to the height of the fence surrounding the property until the hedge is tall enough and the fact that they have to remove the static caravan within 3 years - they argue that if the house is not finished by then they will then have to re-apply for permission to keep it there longer.
