CARERS NORTHUMBERLAND - CARERS INTO WORK PROJECT
FUNDED by the North of TYne Combined Authority, Carers Northumberland, North Tyneside Carers' Centre, and Newcastle Carers are working together to deliver a project to support carers who are looking to return to work. The project provides specialist support to carers to remove any barriers they may experience returning to employment, education or training. This includes an online training package which has been tailored specifically to help carers to return to work. Online workshops: transferable skills; CV writing; cover letters, interview techniques; application forms; carers' rights in the workplace.
