In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 (the Order), comments should be received no later than 21 days from the date of this announcement.

It is anticipated at this stage that the application will be determined by the Director for Place & Deputy Chief Executive under the Scheme of Delegation, or by the Planning Committee prior to the deadline of 2 February 2012.
