Balanced Pilates is a unique class working on restoring your body’s natural balance through posture and movement.
We often neglect to think about how we stand and move until we become injured or feel pain. This class is the perfect way to connect with your body to create your optimal posture and learn how to move with minimal effort.
Rebalance your body through a series of functional movement sequences focusing on strength, stretch, mobilization and release.
Helping to improve your health and wellbeing, reduce your risk of injury and create a stronger more capable you.
