Hi I understand there was a parish meeting last week where my planning application for Southview, Fen Street was discussed and declined. I was hoping to attend that meeting but was told it would be the first meeting after the planning application went up and it only went up yesterday so it was a bit disappointing to miss it and not be able to put our reasoning over. Please can you tell me on what grounds the application was declined. Thanks Andy

Can the Parish Council advise the residents of Old Buckenham what contact they have had and what representations have been made to Norfolk Police about the current crime wave that our village is suffering from? There are no signs of visible policing and no fresh police presence to reassure our residents and I think our parish council should be asking our police force what action they are taking to try to limit the thefts and burglaries that are going on in our village. Should there be the offer of a crime prevention talk and some visible patrols?

It is fantastic that we have moved one step closer to our goal of a safe crossing on the B1077. We must not be diverted and in the end game ensure that we and the county council adopt the safest option A PELICAN CROSSING

Is there an opportunity to create a cycle path from Stacksford to Old Buckenham.
Whilst there are safe routes once in old Buckenham for children to bike to school. Getting into the village is dangerous with options of the hargham road (which is deadly during school runs) or blind bends.
Enabling school children safe independent travel to and from school would be ideal. I can see this rhetoric is evident in the village survey results too.
Even a off track on the edge row of adjoining fields would be sufficient.
