Unscheduled meetings may be called if necessary, and conversely meetings will not take place if there is no business to be conducted. It is, therefore, important to check for the meeting agenda, which will be published on this website and displayed on the four notice boards within the Parish about 5 days before a scheduled meeting.
Members of the public are welcome to attend Council Meetings, and there is always a public participation session where the public can raise any matter relevant to the Parish.
Meetings usually start at 7.30 p.m.
