St Tudy Parish Council have been donated a plot of land by a kind-hearted resident whose family have been in and around the Parish of St. Tudy for a long time. This was given for the purpose of developing a new cemetery since the church cemetery is almost full. The parish council have voted to run the new cemetery under The Local Authorities' Cemeteries Order 1977 rather than under the auspices of the church.

This page has been put on the parish council's website to collect and disseminate information on establishing the new cemetery. Over the next year (2021 - 2022) the parish council want to set-up the cemetery. They also want to include a Garden of Remembrance and run the site in a way that is inclusive to nature.
