Wedmore Housing Need Assessment
Wedmore Parish Council has recently adopted the Housing Needs Assessment 2014 which was produced in conjunction with Sedgemoor District Council.
It has identified a current need for 20 affordable units but this could rise to 24 units in the near future. The 2014 assessment supercedes all previous assessments. (Final Report updated July 2014)
The Parish Council has also produced a "Wedmore Road Map" and "Shopping List" to be used by any landowner and/or developer wishing to promote an affordable housing project within the parish.
Anyone wishing to view any of these documents should contact the Parish Clerk
