Burmington is a small village located in the south of Warwickshire, close to the county borders with Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
The parish extends beyond the village, covering an area of approximately 750 acres.
In the past, most community activity revolved around the church and school, together with major national celebrations and royal anniversaries. There is no longer a post office or school, although the latter has become the village hall.
Today, nearly one thousand years after it was recorded in the Domesday Book, Burmington is a thriving community.
