Broadband betrayal?
Cold Ashby has been removed from the list of areas of Northampton to receive superfast broadband in the near future under a contract with BT/Openreach. Not being on the list means no subsidy and without the subsidy BT/Openreach says the costs are unaffordable.
Cold Ashby was not consuted or informed about this change, which has apparently resulted from an interest expressed by another company in providing the service in this area.
