Planning Application refused
The application for 10 dwellings on the land at Manor Farm has been refused by Daventry District Council at the planning committee meeting on the 9th December. Cold Ashby parish cuncil had mounted a strong challenge to the proposal, backed by a signficant number of residents who produced some very strong arguments. The battle isn't yet won as the developers may well appeal, but at least later decision-makers will know the strength of local opposition.
