Following the resignation of Peter Mills, the Council Vice-Chairman, Phil Childs, was elected to take his place.

This is a case of "second time round" for Phil, as he has held the post before, so he does know the ropes.

Hopefully this period in the Chair will be as sucessful for Phil as the previous one!

The resultant vacant position of Vice-Chairman has been filled by Lee Pilkington.
