The Banks Group are preparing an outline planning application for the development of land at Beaumont Hill. The proposal suggests there may be up to 350 houses. No application has been submitted but they expect to do so in January.

The Parish Council will invite parisioners to express their views at a public meeting once the outline application is notified to us.
