The Parish Council last night received information about Darlington Borough Council's proposals for a gypsy and travellers site at Salter's Lane West.  Councillors decided that a Public Meeting be held to obtain the views of residents in the Parish to the proposals and to help to formulate the Parish Council's response.

The Public Meeting will be held on Wednesday 18th April, 2012 at 7 p.m. in Whessoe Parish Hall. 

Residents of Whessoe Parish are invited to attend this meeting.
