Blackford Road, Wedmore to be closed during Feb and April
Blackford Road will be closed from the junction with Redmans Hill, eastwards to the junction with Quab Lane, for a total distance of 1650 metres. This will enable Strongvox Ltd to construct a traffic calming area at the front of Wedmore First School and create two new junction access to the development sites.
The Order becomes effective on 17 February 2020 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to last for 7 days (phase 1: 17/02/2019-23/02/2020) & 14 days (phase 2: 06/04/2020-19/04/2020).
