How to comment
The quickest and easiest way to comment is by using the Vale of White Horse online comment form available here public link to the survey.https://survey.southandvale.gov.uk/s/ChiltonNP/
Comments can also be made by:
writing to Planning Policy, Vale of White Horse District Council at the following address: 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton, OX14 4SB
completing a comment form (available on request to The Vale of White Horse) and posting or emailing it back to them.
After the publicity period ends, The Vale of White Horse will send your response to an independent examiner to consider. As the neighbourhood planning process includes an independent examination of the plan, your name, postal address and email address (where applicable) are required for your comments to be considered by the examiner. The opportunity for further comments at this stage would only be at the specific request of the examiner.
Most neighbourhood plans are examined without the need for a public hearing. If you think the neighbourhood plan requires a public hearing, you can state this in your comments, but the examiner will make the final decision.
Please clearly state in your comments if you wish to be notified of our decision on whether we formally adopt the neighbourhood plan.
Thank you in advance for your participation.
