Crantock Parish lies on the North Coast of Cornwall, approximately 2 miles South West of Newquay and includes the village of Crantock and the hamlet of West Pentire.  It is part of the St. Agnes and Perranporth Community Network Area.

Crantock itself can be traced back to 460AD and the name comes from St. Carantoc who founded the village.  It is a hidden gem and includes 3 pubs, 2 churches, cafes and tearooms, a post office and a general store. Large parts of the Parish are owned by the National Trust.  The village centre is a designated Conservation Area whilst West Pentire Headland is designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest and boasts many rare species of plants and flowers.
