Community Oil Buying Consortium
Community Action Northumberland (CAN) has set up a county-wide Community Oil Buying Consortium that makes the most of customers' collective buying power to get the best price on heating oil.
Savings are expected to be between £45 and £120 on 1,000 litres. The cost is £20.00 (for households) to join for 12 months.
