Tonight at 8.00 pm, everybody is urged to stand on their doorstep, balcony, or an open window and once again show appreciation for the NHS and other carers who are constantly putting themselves at risk in their efforts to defeat the coronavirus.

You may not have joined in last week, perhaps because you thought that you are so remote that nobody would hear you, but you would be surprised! It was really emotional last time to pause for a second and hear the distant sound of somebody else clapping, proving that you were not alone..And how often do you get the chance to join with millions of others?
