April Council Meeting
At the April 2021 Parish Council meeting, thanks were extended to retiring Councillors who were not standing again.
Long serving Councillor Brian Oakley stood down after more than 35 years service as did Councillors Jackie Bavin, Rose Law, Mick Keay and Polly Smith. Thanks were extended to them all for their long service to the community.
This was also the last meeting for the retiring Clerk, Roger Dyke with Helen Belton taking over from the end of the month.
Roger Dyke had served the Council for 32 years since appointment in June 1989 and had attended all 354 meetings of the Council throughout this period. Mr Dyke was thanked for his service.
