The planning application to convert first floor to form four apartments, extension of two storey extension to the rear and change the use of ground floor to a convenience store at 2 and 4 Burtree Lane, Darlington will be heard by Darlington Borough Council's Planning Applications Committee next Wednesday 2nd November in Committee Room 2, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington,  starting at 1.30 p.m.
