Each year the Parish Council's annual financial return is audited by an auditor appointed by the Audit Commission.  The auditor appointed by the Audit Commission is BDO LLP.

Any person interested has the right to inspect the accounts and make copies of the annual return and all documents relating to the Accounting Statements.

The documents for Whessoe Parish Council are to be made available on reasonable notice by application between the hours of 1000 and 1600 on Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) commencing on the 10th June, 2013 and ending on the 5th July, 2013.

The audit is being conducted under the provisions of the Audit Commission Act 1998, the Accounts and Audit (England) Regulations 2011 and the Audit Commission's Code of Audit Practice.
