Waltham Village Hall
Waltham Village Hall is situated at the heart of the small village of Waltham, in a picturesque part of the Kent Downs. It is available for hire at competitive rates, with morning, afternoon, and evening slots available (see below for our rates). Regular events that take place at the Hall include table-tennis, parties, social afternoons, and Wine & Wisdom evenings.
The Hall has one large room, with tables and chairs to seat up to 70 people, with toilets, and with a kitchen for preparing hot drinks and with space for the laying out of simple meals. A fridge and cooker are available for hirers’ use, along with an assortment of plates and cutlery, an urn and kettles. There is also a built-in screen and projector, which can be driven from a laptop (not provided). Hirers should discuss their detailed requirements with Lynn when contacting her for enquiries and bookings, including those for key collection and return.

Hire Charge Rates and Related Notes
Prices are periodically reviewed and are subject to change.
Monday – Friday: £10 per morning, afternoon or evening
Saturday & Sunday mornings: £10
Saturday – Sunday: £25 per afternoon or evening
Hirers will be expected to complete, sign, and return a Hiring Agreement before their event takes place. On vacating the Hall, hirers should tidy tables and chairs away, leave the kitchen in a clean state ready for the next user, and turn off all lights and heaters.
