Cotton End Parish Council

Following the resignation of Mark Collins, the Parish Council has a vacancuy for a new councillor.  If ten electors request an election then we will be looking for candidates to stand.  However, if no election is called then the Council can co-opt  someone to fill the vacancy.  Could you be that person?
