Because of the ongoing situation, the April Parish Annual Meeting & Monthly meeting are cancelled. A report covering what would have been included in the Parish Annual Meeting will be posted after this date.

There is a legal requirement at present for an Annual meeting to be held in May, when the election of officers for the coming year is arranged.

It is likely that this requirement will be relaxed by the Government, which will mean that the May meeting could also be cancelled.

The legal requirement is that a minimum of 4 meetings are held per annum.

Any urgent matters for consideration should still be passed to the Clerk or any Parish Councillor in the normal way.
