The Parish Council normally meets on the third Monday of the month. Meetings are only held in January and August if needed. Unscheduled meetings may be called if necessary, and conversely meetings will not take place if there is no business to be conducted. It is, therefore, important to check for the meeting agenda, which will be published on this website and displayed on the four notice boards within the Parish about 5 days before a scheduled meeting.

Members of the public are welcome to attend Council Meetings, and there is always a public participation session where the public can raise any matter relevant to the Parish.

The Annual Parish Meeting usually takes place in May. This is a meeting of the Parish rather than of the Council, and an opportunity for parishioners to raise and debate any Parish matter they wish.

Meetings usually start at 7.30 p.m. and are held in Caston Village Hall, The Street, Caston, NR17 1DD.
