Please note:
If you wish to raise an issue at the meeting, you should advise the Clerk by the Tuesday of the week prior to the meeting so that your issue may be included on the Agenda. In exceptional circumstances the Chair may allow urgent items to be raised should the issue be significant and within a short timescale. At the meeting you will be allocated up to 5 minutes to address the Parish Council.
