31 May 2023Parish Council meetings

The next Parish Council meeting will be held on Tuesday 6 June, 2023 at 7.30pm. The meeting is due to held in the Otterburn Memorial Hall. Should you wish to participate please contact the Parish Clerk at otterburnpc@hotmail.co.uk .

The Agenda for the meeting can be found here or in the appropriate section of the 'Document Library' a few days before the meeting as well as the Notice Boards located in Otterburn at the entrance to Willowgreen and at the Memorial Hall. 

Should a Parishioner wish to raise a topic for discussion at a Parish Council meeting please see the attached that also details 'surgery' time with the Councillors after each meeting.

Additionally a draft version of the minutes from the previous meeting are available to view within the 'Document Library'.

12 April 2023Vacancy on Parish Council

There is a vacancy on Otterburn Parish Council and NCC has advised the Parish Council is able to co-opt a new member.

Attached are details of the role and should you be interested please contact the Parish Clerk for further information.

18 March 2023Alternative Fuel Payment (AFP)

Living in Redesdale and being of the mains gas grid you are likely to be eligible for the £200 Alternative Fuel Payment.

For most this should have been credited directly to you by your electric provider. If however you have not received the payment or do not have an electric provider you may have to apply.

Identification will be required from May 2023 when attending voting booths for elections.
