Minutes of each meeting are provided here within a week of each meeting. Initially they are 'draft minutes' until approved at the following parish meeting. Meetings take place at The Farm Offices, Tregawn, PL30 3PB. They take place in the Conference Room on the first Thursday of each month, starting at 8pm. There is a public session at the start of every meeting. Please download an agenda from the agenda page to find the planned items for the coming meeting. These are available  3 working days before a scheduled meeting.
