5 new detached houses in Cold Ashby?
A planning application has been submitted to Daventry District Council for 5 detached dwellings with access off Church Lane. The land is bounded by Crabtree Lane and Church Lane.
The application number is DA/2015/0118 and can be seen on the Daventry website. (see link below)
The application was discussed by the Parish Council on Wednesday evening, 4th March in front of local residents and a representative of the developer. Reaction was mixed, but the access off Church Lane was universally opposed.
