Village to grow by 10%?

There are 99 homes in the actual village of Cold Ashby and that could soon be 109 if proposals to build 10 homes, including three designated as 'affordable' (does that mean the others will be unaffordable?) go ahead. The outline application has been mde by Francis Jackson Homes, Bucks, and will be discussed by the Parish Council on 4th June and at the Parish Assembly on the 11th June. All welcome to come and have a say, as always.
