Managing traffic near the playground

As part of its traffic management programme the Parish Council has lobbied Northamptonshire Highways to reduce speeding along Stanford Road, where some cars have been recorded at almost 60 m.p.h.
Northampton have proposed to extend the current 30 m.p.h. limit for an extra 45 metres to the village entrance 'gate' and asked the PC for comments. It's on the agenda for Wednesday 6th November.
