The Village (Memorial) Hall AGM is held each November. This year, however, it will be deferred to May, when it will be held under the auspices of the annual village assembly.
Members of the committee have received copies of the accounts for the year and these will be posted on the Charities Comission website in due course.

The committee regrets the temporary closure of the hall and the suspension of committee meetings. All essential maintenance work is being completed and expenses met, despite the complete loss of income from the lottery and hirings.
Next May's meetingwill allow the village to consider what sort of future it can see for the Hall, which remains a valuable community asset.
